Returns

Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

  1.  Contact our customer support team at contact@offstampvapesofficial.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team.
  3. Include the RMA number with your return package.
  4. Ship your return to the Off Stamp Vape Returns Department

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
